Dreamy Ink Textures Server License

This Server License grants you, the purchaser, a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license to install the textures on one server or incorporate the Dreamy Ink Textures into a product and install the product on the licensed server.

The textures may be used for the following purposes:

• To create or allow end users to create embedded documents

• To distribute such embedded documents to end users

• To grant end users the right to use the textures to print, view and edit the embedded documents

Restrictions on use:

• The textures may only be installed on one server

• You may only install the textures on the licensed servers or development servers and not on any other computer or processing unit

• You agree that the textures shall be incorporated in an embedded document in such a manner that it cannot be extracted from the embedded document, will not be usable except with the embedded document, and cannot be used or accessed by any unauthorized third party from a licensed server, development server or otherwise.

• You agree that you will take no action which will have the direct or indirect effect of causing the textures to become publicly available or otherwise be subject to a publicly available agreement.

• You may not rent, lease, sublicense, give, lend, or further distribute the textures, or any copy thereof.

• You may not copy the textures, but you may make a reasonable number of back-up copies for archival purposes only, and you shall retain exclusive custody and control over such copies.
